We’re constantly picking up new properties through our sister entity I BUY STL and always have properties available. We make it a point to be everywhere so we’re the first company people think of when they want to sell their house. We have the team and resources to help the seller and and pass great deals on to you. ALL without having to take on a second job.
We are part of an umbrella organization Vreeland Capital that is a local St.Louis veteran-owned company with multiple entities to be a one-stop-shop for single family real estate investors. We have I BUY STL where we acquire properties, Black Knight Construction to take on difficult rehabs, U BUY STL to provide great investment properties, and St. Louis Leasing Co to manage properties that are long-term rentals.
